Our History

Tim's Original Jerky recipe's are downhome flavors that began in Southwest Ohio in 1983. Their bold taste and top quality cuts of meat have made them a favorite to customers throughout the country. 
Tim's Downhome Jerky has recently added special blend recipes with thicker cuts of beef to enhance the original recipe flavor as well as a few fan favorites. When you ask, we listen! Our new product line includes Teriyaki Beef Jerky, Peppered Beef Jerky, Mild Smokies and Hot Smokies.
